Analyze evidence with AI
The auditor sends text, structure evidence, and rendered page images to OpenAI. API data is not used for training by default, unless the API account owner opts in. Standard provider retention still applies. OpenAI API data policy .
Cloudflare R2

Saved PDF files are encrypted at rest with AES-256. The server checks the signed-in account before allowing access to a saved project. Cloudflare encryption .

What to expect from PDF Auditor

Before you start
Create an account and verify your email. An administrator approves access and assigns an AI allowance. New Auditor accounts start at $0 until an allowance is assigned. Early access is free; displayed AI costs track provider usage and do not automatically charge you. Only upload PDFs you’re authorized to share; analysis sends PDF content and page images to OpenAI.

What the auditor does
It examines what appears on each page and how the PDF is organized behind the scenes. It uses that evidence to assess headings, lists, tables, and images. When more than one interpretation is plausible, it records its best-supported choice for review.

The report highlights decisions and behavior that still need a person’s judgment, including reading order, image descriptions, and how the PDF works with assistive technology. Automated checks alone cannot establish complete accessibility.
